We cannot. All we are doing is making developers and the wealthy happy by a 40B. And we are changing the Village concept of Cape Cod and adding unnecessary strain on our local resources from Fire/Police/Health/Government, all who need housing. Affordable housing is akin to a dog chasing its tail. Write about this!
