Just wow! Did not live East back then, so did not know of the Texas Towers. Thank you, your analysis seems accurate.

I remember it well. My high school classmates father was one of those killed and never found. Can we do it right this time? It will be challenging at best. The Atlantic is ruthless.

Very interesting, Seth. Thank you. I hope the incoming Energy Dept. head is aware of this and takes heed. What are the chances?

Thanks for this. When I was maybe 7 or 8, my father was gone for months "working on the Texas tower". I was an adult before I learned they weren't in Texas. Finally I know what exactly they were meant to be.

Hey Seth! This is a cool bit of local history. It even includes waterskiing with HORSES!

It's from the archives of the Historical Society of Old Yarmouth. Don't know if you might be able to repurpose this for one of your own articles.

This is great Dave, thanks, years ago I wrote a little something about "the Cape Cod dude ranch" but this has a lot more great info (and pics). Tucking it into the folder for future exploration!

All best, Seth

Just wow! Thank you for sharing! Our connection to the Cape goes back to the 50

‘S & 60’s , although just for vacations in Wellfleet. Like the Texas Towers, I did not know this existed. The HSOY has some great stuff!m
